Creating a Job Description

The Client prepares a Job Description which includes a set of required qualifications, responsibilities and tasks for the open Role.

Our recruiters carefully screen this job Description and prepare a set of in-depth questions.

Brief with Recruiter and Hiring Manager

During online Brief, Recruiters

ask to provide detailed information not only directly about the opened Role, but also about the project, current internal workflows, hiring stages etc. This is the time recruiters help the hiring manager to develop tunnel vision and check their candidate selections.

Screening Application
Since all the info is discussed during the brief call, our c=recruiters begin to build sourcing strategies and interview candidates. Those candidates who successfully pass HR interview on our side are later introduced to the Client. Generally, it takes around 2-3 working days from Brief call to introduce the first CVs. Apart from CV, our recruiters send cover letters based in the conducted HR interview.

Interviewing the Candidates

The next advisory interaction with a hiring manager will likely be during the interviewing phase after recruiters have screened and recommended candidates. Our recruiters will highlight to hiring managers when to develop a focus and objectives for interviews that reveal skills and aptitudes.
